Your pipeline, stage by stage
What it is
Deal Flow is Blitz's pipeline board for managing every contact and deal you're working — brands you're courting, or vendors you're negotiating with.
How it works
- Every contact is a deal card that lives in one pipeline stage at a time (outreach, negotiation, contract, paid, and so on).
- You drag deal cards between stages as a conversation progresses.
- Each card tracks how long it's been sitting in its current stage, so nothing goes stale.
- You can add notes, edit deal details, or advance/remove a deal directly from its card.
How to use it
- Go to Deal Flow from the sidebar.
- Add a new contact or deal, or search for an existing one.
- Drag the deal card into the stage that matches where the conversation actually is.
- Add notes as the deal progresses, and advance it toward a signed and paid contract.
